Mozzarella Factory

Tradizione Del Sud

Family traditions are a staple of Italian culture. For us, "Tradizione Del Sud" (southern tradition) is a stream of knowledge that flows through generations with the goal of creating something unique. Mozzarella making is no exception, as it led Chef Donato on a journey to found Honolulu's first mozzarella factory.
