Production Process

• Agave Source: Estate-grown Blue Weber agave from the highlands of Jalisco.
• Fermentation: The agave mash is fermented using field-extracted, wild yeast, contributing to the tequila's distinctive flavor profile.
• Aging: Aged for 10 months in American white oak bourbon barrels, imparting subtle complexity to the spirit.

Tasting Notes

• Appearance: Very pale straw color.
• Aroma: Notes of green banana, orange-blossom honey, nutmeg, and citrus peel. Some descriptors include smoked citrus with hints of vanilla and roasted sweet potato.
• Palate: Flavors of salted vanilla cookie, allspice, and mild chile heat, with minimal burn.
