Situated at an elevation of 6,788 feet in Jesús María, the highest-altitude agave region in Jalisco, Mexico, this tequila is produced from hillside Blue Weber agave plants, known for their rich flavor profile.

Production Process

• Agave Source: Hillside Blue Weber agave plants grown in Jesús María, Jalisco.
• Cooking: Slowly roasted in brick ovens for approximately 30 hours to enhance the agave's natural flavors.
• Extraction: Utilizes the unique "Frankenstein" gear-spindle roller-crusher for juice extraction.
• Fermentation: Conducted with rainwater to maintain purity and highlight the agave's characteristics.
• Distillation: Double-distilled in copper pot stills to achieve a refined and aromatic spirit.
• Aeration: The tequila is aerated prior to bottling to enhance its flavors and smoothness.
