Production Process

• Ingredients: The botanical mix includes juniper as the backbone, combined with fresh citrus peels (lemon, citron), kaffir lime leaves, bay leaf, black cardamom, and coriander seeds, all chosen for their aromatic vibrancy. 

• Distillation Technique: Employs a dual-method process: traditional copper pot still distillation for the base spirit, followed by low-temperature distillation using a Rotaval machine to preserve delicate botanical essences. 

• Batching & Proofing: Produced in small numbered batches; bottled at approximately 42.3% ABV to maintain its refined character.

• Appearance: Crystal clear with high clarity and a sleek presentation.

• Aroma: Vibrant citrus top notes (lemon peel, citron, kaffir lime) coupled with juniper’s herbal depth, bay leaf, and spice from black cardamom. A refined complexity befitting its gastronomic ambition.
