Production Process

• Agave Source: Hillside agave grown at an elevation of 4,620 feet, achieving a sugar concentration of 24-26° Brix.
• Cooking: Low-pressure, slow roasting to enhance bright, forward flavors.
• Fermentation: Natural fermentation using winemakers' yeast, ensuring an additive-free profile.
• Distillation: Distilled in traditional pot stills to preserve the agave's natural essence.
