Production Process

• Distillation: Utilizes a slow and gentle process in a bain-marie alembic pot still, where grape skins are steam distilled to ensure the highest quality.
• Aging: Matured in oak barrels for a minimum of 18 months, resulting in an amber-hued grappa with enhanced complexity.

Tasting Notes

• Appearance: Golden color.
• Aroma: Mature nose with hints of toffee, vanilla, dried fruit, and honey.
• Palate: Intense and warm with nutty and woody notes, very strong but complex with a long finish.
