Selection Process

Each wine offered through the Bocconcino Wine Club is personally selected by Chef Donato Loperfido. At the time the bottles are prepared for your membership release, Chef Donato will hand-choose the wines from the Bocconcino cellar based on the availability of the collection and the character of the wines at that moment.

This personal selection takes place on the day your membership wines are arranged for pickup, ensuring that every allocation reflects Chef Donato’s expertise, passion, and deep connection with the producers behind each bottle. Rather than predetermined lists, members receive wines chosen exclusively by Chef Donato himself — a thoughtful and dynamic process that allows each release to highlight the most exciting bottles currently available within our private collection.

This approach guarantees that every selection represents the spirit of Bocconcino: authentic, carefully curated Italian wines chosen with intention and a true appreciation for craftsmanship.
