Vinification and Aging

- Aroma: Vibrant red berries, sour cherry, dried rose petals, and hints of Mediterranean herbs, with a subtle touch of spice and earth.
- Palate: Fresh and structured, with a core of juicy red fruit, refined tannins, and well-integrated acidity. Notes of pomegranate, wild strawberries, and a hint of leather emerge on the mid-palate.
