Produced in Tuscany by the artisanal pasta makers at Michele Portoghese, this spaghetti is made using 100% Italian durum wheat semolina. The dough is extruded through bronze dies for a rough surface texture that helps sauces adhere beautifully. It is then slowly dried at low temperatures to preserve the natural flavor, aroma, and nutrition of the wheat.
